Interior Projects latex construction adhesive (LN-704) forms a strong, durable bond on wood, corkboard, drywall, hardboard, paneling, particleboard and treated lumber, stays flexible after curing, and has the low odor that makes it comfortable to use in a finished house. Projects & Foamboard (LN-604) is the version that will not attack rigid polystyrene insulation: it bonds foam without melting or warping it, cleans up with water while wet and cures to a bond that will not stain.
Paneling & Molding (LN-710) is a fast-grab latex adhesive that holds trim, molding and panels in precise placement with about 20 minutes of working time, which means fewer nails to fill and sand. Our drywall adhesives (DWP-24 and Drywall Advanced) reduce fastener use up to 50 percent and nail pops up to 90 percent, speed up drywall installation and reduce sound transmission through the wall.
All of these are interior formulas. For exterior trim, siding and framing step over to Heavy Duty or Fuze*It.
Liquid Nails makes a specific construction adhesive for the interior of a house because the materials there are different: drywall, paneling, foam board, plywood underlayment, hardboard and brick veneer in a living room. Interior Projects, Projects & Foamboard and Paneling & Molding are latex adhesives, low odor and low VOC, with the GREENGUARD Gold certification that building centers and professionals ask for on occupied jobs. The drywall adhesives cut fasteners in half and prevent nail pops, which is the single most common callback in a new house.
Liquid Nails products are proving their performance on job sites and in homes across the United States, from lumber yards to hardware stores and home centers. The formulas are strong, durable, flexible and dependable, tested for decades, and they deliver a bond that holds through the challenging first year when framing lumber dries and drywall settles. Pros reach for them with confidence; homeowners trust them for the same reason. Caulks and sealants from the same brand finish the trim once the adhesive has done its work.
No. Projects & Foamboard is specifically formulated for rigid polystyrene insulation and bonds without attacking the foam. Heavy Duty is also foam-safe; avoid solvent-based adhesives not labeled for foam.
About 20 minutes of open time after the instant grab, enough to set a run of base or crown and adjust the joints.
Yes, but fewer: adhesive on the studs lets you cut fasteners by up to half and keeps the ones you use from popping as the framing dries.

Tell us the two materials and where the project lives; we will name the cartridge and the bead size.
