Where the order is placed

We do not ship from this site. Each buy button opens that cartridge's listing on the partner store, and the order is placed, packed and shipped by that store. Delivery estimates, shipping charges and carrier tracking are shown at checkout and on the order page there.

Cartridges in transit

Construction adhesive is sold in sealed cartridges and squeeze tubes that travel well, but the paste inside does not like extremes: a box left on a porch in January can stiffen, and a hot truck can skin the tip. Bring the delivery inside the same day and store it between 40 and 100 degrees F, cap end up. If a cartridge arrives dented, cut or leaking, open a replacement from the order page of the store before using it.

Multi-packs and cases

Contractor packs of 6, 12, 18 and 24 ship in their factory case. Check that the case count matches the listing when it arrives; a short case is a replacement, handled by the store's order page, not a repack.

Delivery questions

Tracking, a missed delivery, an address change or a lost package: all of it is resolved through the order page of the partner store you bought from, which has the carrier record. Product questions, including whether a cold-shipped cartridge is still good, come to contact@liquidnails.pages.dev.
