Fuze*It and repair adhesives

Fuze*It is our hybrid-polymer construction adhesive that bonds nearly everything to everything, from 0 to 140 degrees F, wet or dry. Around it we keep the small tubes for the repairs a caulk gun is too big for: Small Projects, Perfect Glue and clear silicone.

Fuze*It, and the tubes that fit in a tool belt

Fuze*It all-surface construction adhesive (LN-2000) is formulated with a proprietary hybrid-polymer blend for best-in-class adhesion. It bonds wood, metal, glass, tile, stone, mirrors, foam board, concrete and most plastics, in hot, cold, wet or dry conditions, with a strong initial grab, up to 10 minutes of working time and full cure in 12 to 24 hours. Low odor, low VOC, GREENGUARD Gold certified. The only materials it will not bond are polyethylene and polypropylene.

Fuze*It multi-purpose repair adhesive (LN-547) puts the same chemistry in a 5 oz squeeze tube for repairs around the house: resistant to heat, cold and weathering, acid free, high strength and paintable. Small Projects & Repairs (LN-700) is the 4 oz construction-grade tube that works where a hammer and nail cannot, and Perfect Glue holds from minus 60 to 300 degrees F, on wet surfaces, with a flexible, shock-absorbing bond. Clear silicone (LN-207) delivers a waterproof clear seal with a resealable precision cap.

If the job is a mirror, a metal bracket on tile, a loose stone cap or a plastic trim piece on a boat, this is the line.

Fuze*It against ordinary construction adhesive

Every heavy duty construction adhesive we make is strong on porous materials. Fuze*It is the construction adhesive for the rest: PVC trim, glass, tile, metal, drywall to steel studs, subfloor patches on mixed materials, and the premium repairs a homeowner wants to do once. Its fast grab holds in seconds, it bonds in water and in the cold, it meets the ASTM C557, ASTM D3498 and AFG-01 specifications that construction adhesive standards are written around, and it contains no solvent to attack foam or plastic. Step one is a clean surface; step two is a bead; step three is 12 to 24 hours of cure.

The results are the reason pros keep a Fuze*It cartridge in the truck next to Heavy Duty: it is the one that works when the materials in your hands are not wood. For the ultimate quick fix, the squeeze tubes in this line put the same hybrid formula in a package that fits a drawer, and Perfect Glue adds a purpose-built flexible bond for the smallest parts.

Questions about Fuze*It & repair

What will Fuze*It not stick to?

Polyethylene and polypropylene. Everything else common on a job site, including PVC, metal, glass, tile, stone, mirrors and foam board, is on the list.

Can Fuze*It hold a mirror?

Yes. Fuze*It is mirror-safe and bonds glass to drywall, tile and wood. Support the mirror with clips or tape for 24 hours while the adhesive cures.

Is Fuze*It paintable?

Fuze*It multi-purpose repair adhesive is paintable once cured. The LN-2000 cartridge cures gray and can be painted with latex paint after full cure.
